Easy Cajun Crab Dip Recipe

I recently tried some cajun crab dip I found at my local grocery store. The problem is, it was so good that I soon became addicted. The other problem is, it’s expensive if you plan to eat very much of it. 😬 I decided to come up with my own recipe (that’s super easy, saves money, and is just as tasty) for this coastal favorite and share it with you today, too.

Recipe makes around 4 cups.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb crab meat (any kind, including imitation)

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup corn

• 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion

• 1 tbsp parsely

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 2 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust to your liking)

• 1/2 tbsp black pepper

• Pinch of salt

Combine spices in a small bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients until the crab is shredded. Add spices and mix well. Serve with crackers, on a salad or sandwich, etc.

I’m always looking for a simple dip to pair with crackers for a snack or to take to an event and this one is a great option for any time of year!
