Sweet Garlic Herb Chicken

Chicken breast is a pretty common meat found in American households, but it’s not always the best tasting… Here is a recipe to change that! I truly believe this is the best way to eat chicken breast.

The thing that holds me back the most from sharing recipes that I come up with is that I don’t always measure things. I like to throw in herbs and other seasonings “to taste.” But this was too good for me to keep from y’all! I had to come up with a recipe so you could make it, too.

Ingredients:
1 pound split chicken breasts
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all seasonings together in a bowl. Add butter to the bottom of an 8 x 8 glass baking dish. Place chicken breasts in dish and sprinkle seasonings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

Simple enough, right?! Feel free to adjust the amount of spices based on your personal taste or what you have on hand. šŸ˜ƒ You can obviously use this recipe with a different type of chicken as well! Leave me a comment if you try it out!
